Hotel Leta - Fira (Santorini)

Amazing place with great Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a tv. The staff helped me with a late departure on my first stay. I recommend enjoying the clean pool! I'm coming back for Xmas.

All in all they offer great service.

It was difficult to find (main street doesn't exist, it refers to all the streets) but after it 's very easy to go to center or take bus

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the buzzing town center of Fira. Our family loved the lovely pool area where we unwound after long days exploring. Friendly staff made everything better!

The staff very friendly and an excellent location for the center of Fira, Santorini.

We could not check-out and pay by Credit Card, we had to draw cash out from an ATM.

Hotel Leta was in a fantastic location, the rooms were clean & comfortable, the staff were lovely & the rates were very good value for money, considering we stayed there during the peak summer season. I would stay at the Hotel Leta again the next time I return to Santorini.

We had an amazing family stay with cheerful rooms and a lovely pool. It's just a short stroll to the bustling town center of Fira, where we could explore shops and restaurants.

I could not pay with credit card as advertised on Booked.net, the owner/manager said cash only. That forced me to go out and incur service charges using an atm machine. Location was hard to find, and there was no english speaking person to coorespond with the get good directions. We ended upwalking around in the intense heat after getting off a bus trying to find this place, and then went way out of the way trying to access this location. Also, hotel staff accused my daughter twice of making aa mess that she did not make. No real english speaking staff to ask questions of or ask for recommendations. Over priced for what you get at this hotel.

The stuff was friendly and willing to help. The hotel was 5 minutes of walking distance from the centre of Fira.

The description of the hotel promises the view on the caldera. Actually our room had view on the wall of the neighbouring biulding. No caldera view at all. Also we were proposed 2 beds instead of a twn bed although the advertising of thehotel says that they do have twin beds. No English speaking personnell. The hotel accepts only cash, no credit cards as indicated on Booked.net
